Who we are

Life happens. Tequila helps.

It's painted on our wall, right under the badge. Agave Social is a Mexican kitchen and tequila bar at Pier Market Place: birria tacos and six house salsas from the kitchen, fresh-squeezed margaritas and around 40 tequilas and mezcals from the bar, and a patio out front for the warm months.

We're part of Leon Restaurant Group, the family behind Condesa Restaurante Mexicano.

From the kitchen

Start with six salsas. Work your way up.

The Salsa Sampler lines up six salsas from mild to spicy, so you know your level before the tacos land. Camarones hit the pan with garlic and roasted arbol sauce. Tamales come three to a plate: one birria, one chicken, one rajas.

Eggs over grilled corn tortillas with roasted tomato salsa, queso fresco and avocado. Served with rice and beans.

Masa Pancakes

Three pancakes made from a masa and flour blend.

Paloma Mimosa

Don Julio tequila, grapefruit and the bubbly.
