Blanco, reposado, añejo
Unaged to 2 months
Bottled fresh. Bright cooked agave, citrus and pepper. The purest read on a distillery.
2 to 12 months in oak
Rested in barrels. Agave with a softer edge and a little vanilla and spice.
1 to 3 years in oak
Aged. Caramel, dried fruit and oak, with the agave still underneath. Sip it slow.
3 years or more
The long rest. Rich and deep, closer to a fine brandy. Our list runs from Volans to Gran Patrón Piedra.
